Blissful Breakfast Bowl

- Koko Greek Style Yogurt Alternative
- Handful of natural grains
- Handful of fruit
- Handful of nuts
- Handful of mixed organic seeds

Method
- Load your bowl with lashings of Koko’s Greek-style coconut yogurt.
- Add a handful of natural grains eg organic rolled oats, unsweetened muesli or granola blends, rye flakes, bran buds (choose a different one every day).
- Add your fruit selection of the day depending on what is seasonal eg fresh berries, chopped dates, figs and apricots, banana and kiwi, mango and passionfruit, acai and blueberries, pineapple and toasted coconut chips, pomegranate and pink grapefruit.
- Add your nut of the day eg pecans, macadamias, hazelnuts, flaked almonds, Brazils, pistachio, pine nuts or simply chopped mixed nuts.
- Sprinkle with mixed organic seeds (eg sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, poppy and chia seeds) and, if you like them, some antioxidant rich cacao nibs.
- Eat and enjoy!
