Autumn Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Pears peeled and cubed
- 1 punnet Blackberries
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Clementine (or orange) zest
- Dash maple syrup
- Dash water
- 250g Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
- Granola

Method
- Simmer the fruits, ginger, maple syrup, and water slowly to create a velvety compote. Allow cooling to room temperature.
- Place a small amount in an individual glass bowl and layer with Koko yoghurt and top with granola.
- Delish!
