Banana Pancakes & Cacao Bliss Smoothie
Ingredients
Pancakes
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of Koko Original Milk, plus more to serve
- 1 tbsp of gluten-free flour
- Peanut butter, to serve
Smoothie
- Half a banana
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp Koko Original Milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Dash of coconut milk
- Cinnamon to taste

Method
For the pancakes
- Blitz all of the ingredients for the pancakes in blender.
- Heat oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat. Add the pancake mix.
- When bubbles appear on top, flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
- Serve with peanut butter.
For the smoothie
- Blitz all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
