Banana Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- Peanut butter
- Cacao powder
- Coconut oil
- Koko Original Milk
- Flax seeds
- Goji berries

Method
- Cut up one banana into slices (about 1cm thick)
- Sandwich peanut butter in between two slices and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- For the chocolate sauce, melt 1 tbsp of coconut oil, mix with 2 tbsp of cacao powder and 1 tbsp Koko Coconut milk. Dip the banana into the chocolate and coat with toppings of your choice. (I used flax seeds and goji berries). Then place back into the freezer for a further 20 minutes!
