Breakfast Quesadilla
Ingredients
- Vegan tortilla wraps
- Mushrooms ( sautéed )
- Mixed beans
- Avocado
- Tomatoes
- 400g grated Koko Cheddar Cheese Alternative

Method
- Spray oil in frying pan add tortilla then all ingredients and sprinkle Koko cheese
- Put another tortilla on top turn the whole tortilla over after few minutes lift out and cut into quarters
- Delicious and the cheese works so well in this ????
