Cheesy baked tomato toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices wholemeal bread
- 40g Koko Cheddar Cheese Alternative
- 2 level tablespoons of Marmite
- 9 baby tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Dried basil

Method
- Lightly toast the bread on setting 2 in a toaster
- Spread both slices with Marmite
- Finely grate KoKo dairy free cheese and spread over the toast evenly
- Slice the tomatoes and lay onto the toast
- Season with sea salt and black pepper
- Sprinkle dried basil over the top
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees
