Chia Seed Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 250g Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative or Koko Vanilla Yogurt Alternative
- 20g rolled oats
- 10g chia seeds
- 10g flaxseed
Toppings (optional)
- Fresh fruit, cacao flakes, nuts, seeds, nut butter or jam

Method
- In a plastic container or kilner jar, stir together rolled oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds and Koko plain yogurt alternative. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning remove from fridge. Stir and divide the mixture into your favourite serving glasses or bowls.
- Add desired toppings.
