Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- Koko Original Milk - 3cups
- Chia Seeds - 1cup
- Maple Syrup - 2 Tbsp
- Vanilla Essence - Add to taste
- Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
- Fruit Topping

Method
- Add chia seeds, Koko milk, maple syrup and vanilla essence together into a jar.
- Stir for 2 minutes.
- Leave to rest for 5minutes then stir again for a further 2 minutes.
- Set in the fridge overnight.
- Once set top with yogurt and fruit of your choice.
- Its that simple! Enjoy.
