Cinnamon Porridge
Ingredients
- 50g quality porridge oats
- 200ml Koko Original Milk (more to adjust the consistency as required)
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 30g peanut butter
- 1tbs maple syrup
- ground flax seeds
- pinch salt

Method
- add oats, cinnamon, salt and milk to a pan
- bring to the boil and immediately turn to the lowest simmer
- simmer for 5-10 minutes depending on the consistency you like (add more milk if required)
- before serving stir in peanut butter and maple syrup
- sprinkle on some flax seeds
