Coconut & Peanut Butter Porridge
Ingredients
- 250ml Koko Original Milk
- 30g Oats
- 1 tsp. agave
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
- 1 tbsp. Freda Toasted Coconut Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp.
- Toasted coconut sprinkles.

Method
- Pour Koko Original into a saucepan and boil then reduce to low heat.
- While stirring, add the oats in increments (don't add it all at once) until all of it is in the saucepan and combined.
- Add agave, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and Freda Toasted Coconut Peanut Butter
- When everything has been incorporated, allow to simmer for a further 5-10 minutes, stirring throughout, if the porridge thickens up too much simply add a splash of water
- Stir in Koko Greek Style Yogurt and simmer for another 1 minute.
- Serve in your favourite bowl and sprinkle with toasted coconut sprinkles.
