Coconut & Peanut Butter Porridge

  • 250ml Koko Original Milk
  • 30g Oats
  • 1 tsp. agave
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
  • 1 tbsp. Freda Toasted Coconut Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp.
  • Toasted coconut sprinkles.

  1. Pour Koko Original into a saucepan and boil then reduce to low heat.
  2. While stirring, add the oats in increments (don't add it all at once) until all of it is in the saucepan and combined.
  3. Add agave, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and Freda Toasted Coconut Peanut Butter
  4. When everything has been incorporated, allow to simmer for a further 5-10 minutes, stirring throughout, if the porridge thickens up too much simply add a splash of water
  5. Stir in Koko Greek Style Yogurt and simmer for another 1 minute.
  6. Serve in your favourite bowl and sprinkle with toasted coconut sprinkles.
