Creamy Chia Pudding with a Raspberry & Banana Slush

Ingredients

  • Chia Pudding
  • 1/2 cup Koko Original Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Fruit Layer
  • Banana/Kiwi/Raspberries
  • Crunch
  • Granola of choice
  • Raspberry & Banana Slush
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • Topping
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • Mint Leaves

  2. 1. Prepare the chia pudding by mixing all of the ingredients in a glass jar and refrigerate overnight.
  3. 2. In the morning, slice half a banana (or your fruit of choice) and put into the glass along with the chia pudding
  4. 3. Next, add a layer of granola/nuts and seeds to give the brekkie a crispy crunch
  5. 4. Blend your bananas and raspberries in a high speed blender until a slush forms and scoop into your chia pudding
  6. 5. Finally, add your sprinkling of choice. I chose hemp seeds (for their omega 3 fatty acids) and refreshing mint for that extra bit of colour and flavour.
