Fitness Flapjacks!
Ingredients
- 250g bananas
- 150ml Koko Original Milk
- 70g sweet freedom fruit syrup
- 200g oats

Method
- Mash 200g of bananas in a large bowl.
- Add the oats, milk & syrup and mix well.
- Pre heat the oven to 160 degrees.
- Transfers the mixture to a baking dish and put small slices of banana on top.
- Bake for 30 mins.
- Once cool, cut into 16 slices & ENJOY!!!
