Peanutty Oats with KoKo Yogurt
Ingredients
- 40g oats,
- 1 tsp each chia and flaxseeds
- 10g peanut flour
- 150ml Koko Original Milk
- 150ml water
- Toppings:
- 80g quick berry compote (simply microwave frozen berries with a dash of maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp homemade gingerbread granola (recipe on the blog - www.bumpandbeyondderby.co.uk)
- 1 heaped tbsp Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Method
- Simply combine all of the porridge ingredients in a saucepan, stir and cook for 5-10 minutes adding more water if needed
- Pour the cooked porridge into a bowl and load on your toppings!
