Ingredients

  • 1/2 large cucumber
  • 350g Koko Greek Style Yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Bunch of fresh dill
  • Pinch of sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Finely grate cucumber in a bowl.
  2. Mince garlic and add into the cucumber bowl.
  3. Finely chop dill and add into the cucumber bowl.
  4. Add Koko , salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Stir to combine.
