Vegan Brekkie PB & Berry Pancakes
Ingredients
Pancakes:
- 100ml Koko Original Milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup oats
- 1tsp cinnamon (optional)
Toppings:
- Chopped banana
- Peanut Butter
- Frozen Berries

Method
- Blend pancake ingredients until smooth.
- Add more KokodairyFree if too thick.
- Gently heat non stick frying pan.
- Spoon 2tsp mixture into pan.
- When bubbling & set, flip pancake.
- Remove when cooked & brown.
- Repeat with rest of mixture.
- Stack pancakes layering toppings.
- Finish with drizzle of peanut butter.
- Eat & Enjoy! Delicious!
