Veggie enchiladas
Method
- Chop and fry vegetables of your choice lightly. I usually add some sort of protein (ie soy pieces etc) but didn't have any in the house.
- Stir in some of the sauce and then add to wraps.
- Roll wraps into a baking dish and place the rest of the sauce on top.
- Add cheese 5. Bake on 180° for 10 minutes.
