Creamy Coconut Pudding & Berry Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pudding rice
- 400ml Koko Unsweetened Milk
- Frozen mixed berries
- 1 Apple sliced or diced
- Maple Syrup

Method
- Add the pudding rice and the Coconut milk to a sauce pan and heat gently over a medium heat, stirring continuously.
- Once the rice pudding has thickened to your desired consistency, transfer it to a bowl and top with the frozen berries and sliced apple. Drizzle some maple syrup over and ENJOY!
