Creamy Coconut Pudding & Berry Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pudding rice
  • 400ml Koko Unsweetened Milk
  • Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 Apple sliced or diced
  • Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Add the pudding rice and the Coconut milk to a sauce pan and heat gently over a medium heat, stirring continuously.
  2. Once the rice pudding has thickened to your desired consistency, transfer it to a bowl and top with the frozen berries and sliced apple. Drizzle some maple syrup over and ENJOY!
  3. Who says you can’t have pudding for breakfast?! ????
