Individual Blackcurrant , Apple, Oat Crumble Pots, Plus Koko Vanilla Fresh Tasting Topping.

- 8oz Blackcurrants (either fresh or frozen)
- 1 large eating apple, peeled, cored and diced
- Half a lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2oz soft brown sugar, if needed add a little more to adjust for the sharpness of the fruit
- Crumble topping:-
- 4oz porridge oats
- 2oz plain flour
- 2oz caster sugar
- 2oz Koko spread
- 1 Koko Vanilla Fresh Tasting Pot

- 4oz porridge oats
- 2oz plain flour

Method
- Put the oven onto heat up at 180 electric. Place blackcurrants, apple, lemon juice, water and sugar into a pan and simmer till blackcurrants are soft. You can do a taste test for the sweetness of the syrup, add more sugar if desired. Put equal amounts of the fruit into individual ovenproof pots and set aside.
- Make the crumble topping by putting oats, flour, caster sugar into a mixing bowl and combine the ingredients followed by rubbing in the Koko spread with your finger tips, till the mixture is a yummy crumble texture. Now top each fruit pot with the crumble and press down carefully. Sit the pots on a baking tray, pop in the centre oven for 10/15 minutes. Take out when golden topped and set to one side for 2/3 minutes. Open the Koko Vanilla Fresh Tasting pot and spoon on the top just before serving, either hot or cold. Enjoy.
