Overnight PB+J oats summer bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 3/4 of Koko Unsweetened Milk (1 cup if you prefer them less dense)
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of runny peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of jam or a handful of frozen berries
- (Optional) 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- Fresh berries, more PB, banana, more Koko yoghurt and any other toppings you like

Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a jar, put the lid on, shake it to the sound of your favourite JAM, pop it in the fridge overnight and eat in the morning with all your favourite toppings. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, banana and loads of peanut butter are my favourites, but some coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and chocolate chips are also highly recommendable. Enjoy
