Ingredients

Pancakes

  • 1 and 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Thirdwave Nutrition Vanilla protein scoop
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of Koko Original Milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

topping

Method

  1. Mix all the pancake ingredients and fry in some oil in frying pan, golden on both sides
  2. Crush the raspberries in with the yogurt and icing sugar
  3. Add yogurt on top of the pancake stack
  4. Top with coconut chips, more chia seeds, fresh raspberries, strawberries and hemp seeds
