Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
Pancakes
- 1 and 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Thirdwave Nutrition Vanilla protein scoop
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 and 1/2 cup of Koko Original Milk
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
topping
- Half cup raspberries
- Half pot of Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
- 1 tbsp icing sugar

Method
- Mix all the pancake ingredients and fry in some oil in frying pan, golden on both sides
- Crush the raspberries in with the yogurt and icing sugar
- Add yogurt on top of the pancake stack
- Top with coconut chips, more chia seeds, fresh raspberries, strawberries and hemp seeds
